Velvet Revolver and Foo Fighters track packs got your go runnin' (on or pick your poison) then you're going to blow a gasket reading the below list of
pages of this month's OXM magazine and replaced by beautiful digital bits helpfully transcribed by the good folks at. We're talking 24 confirmed tracks from 17
And that's not to mention the other Rock bind DLC we've already been promised like and. Hit that jump for the latest enumerate in all of its exuberate.[Big ups. Quastor]The Police pack:
@ F. RockerI realize English isn't your first language but I accept the word you're looking for is 'posers'. And while I've been watching comments in joystiq for a bit and know you love attacking Sony and putting Nintendo on a pedestal. I'm surprised you'd contend people for musical TASTE (actually no. I'm not). By the looks of it hear you're the one lacking in comprehend not us.
go on move back and forth music doesn't be blazing abstain guitar solos to be good heck give me a guitar and I'll play really really abstain for you. Also =w= is the win. I just played this game at beat buy today(then construe about the Galaxy thing when I got domiciliate... DOH) the drums rock the guitar is great to hold but the flat buttons are teh ghey. Oh and yelling "Say It Ain't So" is priceless.
I desire rock not shitty rock like the bands you hear in MTV. Where's Dio. Dokken. Judas Priest. Van Halen. Styper.. where are the high pitch voices liek Sebastian live the guitar solos the virtuosity in the instruments the desire hair. I anticipate there are no more people like Wayne and Garth and Bill and Ted =(
Looks like Fernando is all about the 80's hair-bands. Wow. Fernando for you to criticize ANYONE'S musical comprehend after that list... BTW =w= rocks! One of the beat bands out there today.
"Looks like Fernando is all about the 80's hair-bands"Yes but Im more like classic heavy metal: Led Zeppelin. Deep Purple (favorite band). AC/DC. Iron Maiden. Tangerine Dream. Uria Heep (excellent band). I like Peter Frampton too. Journey (I have the be of Steve Perry) skid Row and a lot of bands in spanish. Rata Blanca. Mago de Oz. Coda. Heroes del Silencio.
Right on Fernando. You're redeeming yourself a bit by bringing in the classic rock. :)IMHO rock music reached a increase by the end of the seventies then crashed in the 80's. It became over-commercialized and the "glam" grow crapped all over it. Luckily the grunge movement helped bring around rock music in the early 90's and there has been some seriously good stuff released as a result. Speaking of classic rock. I really wish to see some Zep and Floyd tracks for download on RB. I would give my left nut to play Comfortably Numb with three other people. Not really. But it would kick ass...
still no beatles or zeppelin or even go floyd?and not "paranoid android" from radiohead?and all the sabbath is covers?bleh :(one creedence song though so that's something creedence has a few dozen other great songs too though
I be. 80's in general was awesome as far as the real metal went but grunge absolutely killed the rock genre until around 2000. Thats why the best rock of the 90's comes from Scandinavian countries. They didn't undergo grunge fuck things up. And seriously the only song I've managed to 5 star on GH2 Expert is Nirvana's. Let us not drop all the top 40's trash of the 90's that you're not comparing with the top 40's cast aside of the 80's. Heads up. Top 40's in the 80's was hair metal top 40's in the 90's was absolute trash.
Crono. I anticipate that's where we disagree. :)The problem. I think is that there too many sub-categories of rock. I can't seem to get into heavy metal so I evaluate that puts us at odds. On the other hand. I hear people call Zep heavy metal. In my opinion Zep is classic rock and in a totally different genre than Megadeath or 80's Metallica (what I consider metal). Anyway no matter what decade you put it in. Top 40's music is usually junk. The best talents don't be to be easily exploited by record companies.
fernando the measure measure a radiohead video was on mtv was probably paranoid android. I saw radiohead at bonnaroo and it was indescribable weezer goes in and out of popular fads but rivers cuomo is an amazing lyricist (and i'm not talking about beverly hills) there is hardly a bad song on any of their albums.311 is a guilty pleasure of mine along with incubus some populate like them some people don't.. but you can't say that their fans are posers.. have you been to a show?and widespread panic is the beat concert that i undergo no memory of whatsoever.
Nothing good musically came out of the 80's and that's a fact. I would say the Ghostbusters furnish but even that was ripped off from another song sadly... What a shameful period in music history! I wasn't planning on buying move back and forth Band but I'd buy it over Guitar Hero if I had to choose by virtue of them having Radiohead. 311. QotSA and Weezer alone. Although I agree that they should definitely have Paranoid Android over My Iron Lung. That song would be far far more fun to compete.
@Rubang B yeah desire Real Life..."displace me an angel oh wee ohhh right now"RAD is the beat movie from the 80's maybe even of all time. It is the only movie ever that has two people dancing together on bmx bikes plus that chick from beat house is hot the be of the movie is desire a bad porn that doesn't undergo any nudity or sex i love the 80's they were so bad that they were good
I agree with everything you said. But aside from the "so bad it's good" aspect of the 80's.. which is a flavor of music/enter/make of EVERY decade there was a lot of genuinely amazing music in the 80's.... Big Audio Dynamite the Butthole Surfers. David Bowie. Depeche Mode. Devo early Flaming Lips. Goblin. Human League early King Missile. Kraftwerk. Leonard Cohen's badass comeback album. Negativland. New Order. cut core out (both with the Bad Seeds and the Birthday celebrate). cut Lowe the first NIN album. Oingo Boingo. Peter Gabriel. Pixies. Police. Prince. Queen. Residents. Robyn Hitchcock. Sonic Youth. Sparks. Sugarcubes. Talking Heads. Tears for Fears. Tom Petty. Violent Femmes. Yellow Magic Orchestra... Those bands are all amazing and not "so bad it's good," and that's not even including the bring forth of hip hop or the bring forth of They Might Be Giants!
i accept with fernando alot of the more modern bands do drink but the 80's did define much of what we listen to nowand yes i do accept musical comprehend is subjective to each his own
rubang, you are a pretty cool guy i thought i was the only one who thinks "displace me an angel" is golden. (as forbid as it is) but i guess that we probably grew up in different eras.. your 80's coat music = my early 90's music (offspring smash weezer nirvana smashing pumpkins green day (before they turned pop) early foo fighters (though i desire new stuff too) puff daddy and B. I. G. (yeah that's alter) from your previous response i would place you at age 32.. exactly 9 years older than me howdido?
Okay there's a basic difference between musical quality and personal comprehend and I'm sorry if apparel doesn't like bands like Radiohead or Weezer but to say they're bad just because we had good bands in the 80 is just stupid and btw. FRock good bands on MTV is a rare thing to see they mostly playing fucking emo bands or stupid "i ThInK i'M gAnGsTeR rAp!"
What the hell? I'm 24! Ahahahaha!P. S. I used "displace Me an Angel" as the end credits jam for my final enter in a film categorise I once had. I got an A on it and I've always thanked Real Life.
I have to say that QotSA is a study selling.
