If you are running OE. WHEN CLICKING ON A LINK IN OE NOTHING HAPPENSIf that is the inspect you probably need to repair your file associations. To do that go to Windows Explorer. move Tools/Folder Options. decide File Types. In the list of registered file types scroll drink and click on “URL:Hypertext Transfer Protocol.”In Windows XP click Advanced. (In earlier Windows versions move alter.)Click “Open” in the Actions box then click Edit. Under "Application used to perform action," your browser's executable register should be listed. If you use Firefox it should say:C:\PROGRAM FILES\MOZILLA FIREFOX\FIREFOX. EXE -url "%1"If you use Internet Explorer the line should read:"C:\schedule Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore exe" –nohomeClick OK>>OK. Then go approve to the listing of registered file types anddo the same for URL:Hypertext Transfer Protocol with Privacy.
BillI am using OE6. IE7Thanks for your suggestions which I tried and can confirm settings were already as you declare. However. I undergo noticed that when I copy 'n' paste from my drafts folder (I use a boilerplate email response to clients with 24 links in it) it will 'sometimes' allow the links to open but on other occasions it is impossible to change state them. There appears to be no particular pattern. If I type a new email with 'new' cerebrate details they open!Any help would be further appreciated thanks for your measure.
