Due to the dramatic increase in technology business professionals now have the ability to outsource their skills and earn extra money working from domiciliate as a bankruptcy forms processor. Unlike an attorney or notary public a bankruptcy forms processor does not have jurisdictional limits. In other words a bankruptcy forms processor could live in Yellow Springs. Ohio and prepare bankruptcy petitions pleadings. Motions and other act documents for attorneys practicing in California. New York or any other U. S express. In fact a bankruptcy forms processor can set up a bankruptcy business in their home with very little money and earn a full-time income very quickly. This concept has also opened the door for attorneys practicing in other areas of law to open a sideline bankruptcy practice and many of these attorneys desire a freelance forms processor to process their paperwork for them. This is where you as a bankruptcy forms processor can fill a need that is becoming more popular as electronic filing procedures change state more the norm. In fact some states now require electronic filing of all court documents. Paper documents are only accepted by the court from consumers or in other rare circumstances. It will not be long before all the states will have electronic filing procedures in place and those resisting the dress will be left behind. 2. Client will fax or telecommunicate their completed forms to the attorney or forms processor for review. If the attorney decides to evaluate the bankruptcy case the forms processor can begin drafting the bankruptcy petition from the information provided on the Client Intake Forms. 3. Areas of the Client Intake Forms that are not properly completed by the client or containing statements that require a more detailed answer would be easy to take e of. The forms processor or attorney will simply call up the client and acquire the information. No appointment would be necessary. 5. At this inform the attorney may desire to meet with the clients to analyse their bankruptcy petition before filing but it is not absolutely necessary. Some attorneys I worked for never cater the client face-to-face except when they showed up at court. They communicated with the client by email or telephone. Note: Electronically filed documents do not require the clients signature so it is not necessary to meet the clients face-to-face before filing the bankruptcy petition. An attorney is provided with an electronic signature by the court that he uses to sign all electronic documents filed on behalf of the client he or she represents. 6. After the attorney receives the bankruptcy petition by email he or she will save it on their computer under the client file name and begin the review. The attorney can either create out the bankruptcy petition and make changes with an ink pen or review it on the computer screen and note any changes in an email to the forms processor. 7. After the attorney has approved or made changes to the bankruptcy petition he or she will telecommunicate it back to the forms processor. The forms processor will make the changes and prepare a final bankruptcy petition ready for electronic filing. The forms processor emails the final petition to the attorney for final approval. As you can begin to see it would be very easy to start a forms processor service working from home. So if you were like me and are tired of the office politics and playing the mental games you now have the opportunity to bring home the bacon from a peaceful home environment where you can focus more on each case and furnish your clients the personal touch that ordain set your business apart from the big companies. "Dog the Bounty Hunter: A Rally, Petitions, Pineapples, and a Boycott" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2008-10-16 05:10:15

Dog the Bounty Hunter’s fans are playing offense with the A&E Network. Dismayed over A&E’s pulling of “Dog the Bounty Hunter” fans are letting the network know just exactly how they feel about the decision. Petitions to reinstate the show are circulating all over the Internet. There are six listed at the end of this story. If you haven’t registered your support for the Bounty Hunter there’s no time like the present. The DBKP petition will be sent off to the Art & Entertainment Network in a little over three days. The same petition is posted at a couple other locations. All three will be consolidated and sent in one long email to A&E along with any comments by the signers. The petition will also be followed up with a phone call to A&E to make sure the right person received it and to gauge any reactions. If there’s a spare pineapple around the house you might consider sending it to A&E as a statement of support for the Dog. Or you might send a fresh one along. A&E is out in this house and multiplying throughout this huge family (and then some). A&E may as well just “fold up shop” because you have NOTHING OF INTEREST any more without the Dog. Rerun after rerun… how boring! Have not and will not watch A&E until you return to the people what they want. BRING THE DOG BACK PLEASE! Did “The Dog” really do anything that bad? Was it abuse murder or mayhem? Dog proliferates morals and proper lifestyles. He has a “colorful” vocabulary yes but he didn’t mean anything by it. His son was in the wrong to do that to his own father. AND since when do the RAGS rule our world? You say A&E is losing advertisements well I’ll bet a lot will cut off A&E becaused they cut dog. I as well will not watch A&E until the Chapman family are brought back. I am very upset with A&E for pulling Dog. On Larry king his appproval was over 85%. So are we ,the viewers who PAY FOR CABLE OR SAT. TV now being dictated by a small percentage of what we have or want to watch????………A&E says it’s losing advertisements but what they are really losing are their loyal FANS!!!! My family and friends have stopped watching the A & E programming line-up since they pulled DOG off the air. If A & E does not bring back DOG they will lose many loyal long time viewers. So what if they lose their current sponsors. There are many sponsors waiting in the wings to advertise on A & E’s number “1″ program. A & E - A private conversation is a private conversation. You have too much to lose by not putting DOG back on the air. Duane “Dog” Chapman was having a private conversation with his son. He was not speaking on air nor was it intended for broadcast. His son would make the best father ashamed. The “N” word is commonly used on a daily basis by blackentertainers and among the black population. Why is it so wrong for a whiteperson to use the same language blacks use to describe themselves? Especiallyin a private conversation. I urge A&E to ignore racist people like Al Sharpton and the so called “Reverend” Jesse Jackson. Those two individuals demonstrate theirracism on a daily basis. Ban them and I will rejoice. A&E is doing the right thing by keeping the show off the air right now. Tensions are running TOO high. And what about the news that Beth may leave Dog because she thinks he made a terrible mistake?I personally do not think that DTBH should be brought back. Dog has shown his true colors to the public and I could never watch him PRETEND to be a good Christian man again. I have stopped watching A&E since Dog was pulled from the air. People make mistakes. Everyone involved was wrong. I keep asking myself what is worse using hurtful language in a fit or anger or selling out your family member for money? PLEASE bring Dog and his family back. They have done so many good things for so many people. Are we going to let one mistake cancel all of that out? Our family had stopped watching A&E and will not watch it until they start filming Dog again. What happened to Dog is a very sad thing his own felsh and blood sold him out for money. And in most states being recorded is illegal he was mad at his son and as any person would do said things that they don’t mean A&E should know this. They are a wonderful family and deserve everything that they have. A&E is losing millions of viewers and dollars by their idiotic kneejerk reaction! I wonder how many of A&Es executives could have their own private phone conversations recorded without their knowledge and come up smelling like a rose? None. I’d bet! Oh and to the poster called: Cocoa_Chenille what you said shows your true personality. You dislike good people and cheer on the illegal actions of a creep who turned on his own flesh and blood! Why don’t you shut the hell up and go read the latest issue of the National Enquirer! Apparently it’s on your I. Q level! (or lack thereof!) Just suck it up and put Dog the Bounty Hunter back on or let him go to another network. What happen to privacy rights it was a private conversation that should not have been made public. If Dog was a comic it would be ok he could say anything. If he was a singer he could sing about anything. He is a bounty hunter what it should matter what words he uses he and his family helps the people in a way nobody else would he treats these people who have done wrong like they have a chance in the world to do better in their life. So I will say it again get over it and put him back on. We watch Dog twice every night in Scotland. Great Britain through the “Bravo” network. Dog is all about second chances so why cant the A&E network and the American pubic give HIM a second chance? How can the US allow a black rap artist to relase an album titled “N****R” and on the same week condemn another for saying it in a private conversation.? Bring Dog back A&E and show some spine instead of the Political Correctness gone mad. It is grossly unfair for A&E to stop airing “Dog the Bounty Hunter” for remarks that were made during a supposedly confidential conversation between Dog and his son. The truth is that we are all racists which is to say that we ALL make judgments about others based on color. Racism is in the air we breathe and all of us need to work to rid our world of racism. To judge one man as somehow “guilty” is ignorant. I speak as someone who has taught graduate courses about multiculturalism and diversity at two Catholic colleges and who has given a number of training workshops at the regional and national levels. A&E is dead wrong and its pseudo-righteousness is unethical and most probably illegal. I refuse to watch A&E until Dog returns. While I do not approve of the way Dog handled the situation with his son and his choice of words. I do not believe removing his show from the air because he said a particular word in a private conversation is appropriate action. I also do not approve of his son releasing the tape for money. That was a horrible thing to do. There is way too much emphasis put on this one word. There are many horrible and degrading words that people use every day and no one makes a big deal about them. The “B” word is used everyday by many people and is totally derogatory towards women but it is accepted by society. I find that word offensive but I don’t see anyone going to bat for women because people use that word. Besides this is supposed to be a free country and we have a constitution that guarantees us free speech. Dog has spent most of his life using these types of words and it is difficult especially when angry to watch what words we use sometimes. The use of a word does not make someone racist. And even if he were racist doesn’t he have a right to believe what he wants? He may have made mistakes in his life - is there anyone out there that hasn’t? Give the guy a break! He has apologized and is sorry. Give us back the Dog! Put Dog the Bounty Hunter back on the air! dog the bounty hunter was the #1 rated show on a & e…. they took it off why? because his son secretly taped the conversation and sold it to a rag mag like the national enquirer?? and hello– did anyone mention that the conversation took place 8 (now 9) months ago?? dog is all about giving 2nd chances– now its time that someone gave him a 2nd chance– i want his show back on and so do tons of other fans im not wasting a pineapple on a douchebag network like a & e but i will sign every petition to get dog and his loving family back on the air … i love dog and his family and his show lets all show dog a little support and for those who dont want to see him back on there’s no room for you here … this is for dog fans ONLY so take your comments and shove them where the sun dont shine People are so much in need of heroes these days with all the trouble in the world. When people they look up to let them down things become bleak and people lose hope. Dog Chapman (like it or not) let down many of us (of all races) with his “n” comments. It is irrelevant how this came to light or whether you like the lady his son is seeing or not. We need the know that the person who teaches us the importance of decency and Christianity is for real. Clearly many of us are now questioning this when it comes to Dog. Dog’s integrity (saying doing and living the same thing without contradiction) has come to be in doubt recently. The good news is that everyone makes mistakes in their life and should always have a chance at redemption if they recognize their error and “when they are genuine.” If these comments were made many years ago this would be much less relevant because we could give the benefit of the doubt. The recency of these comments is more problematic. Dog’s challenge is not to convince “others” he has changed. Dog’s challenge will be to convince himself that “he” has changed and others will eventually come to see him as genuine once again. Not like the Larry King thing which did little to convince me (and likely others) that he was truely remorseful and understood the hurtful nature of this. Would I like to see Dog back? Absolutely but he needs to get real first. A & E should find it in their hearts to give him a second chance at the opportune time should that time come. Just like the harrassment we often hear of in our places of work it is irrelevant what the intention was. When using the “n” word one must consider how much they are hurting others who do not deserve this. This has nothing to do with the intention of the speaker. While BloggerNews net is known to provide up to the minute information on a wide variety of topics at times a more in-depth analysis of a topic that is being written about by our writers is warranted. This section of BNN provides just that – an area of the site that looks deeper into a topic delves into the actual facts behind it and provides more than just a summary overview of what is happening right here and now. From something as mundane as an overview of how credit scores work to life and death topics such as mesothelioma we are committed to creating a growing library of information for our readers. Click below to review the topics covered so far and check back soon as new ones are to be added regularly! BloggerNews net would like to thank and congratulate our Blogger of the Month for the month of June 2008 – for his outstanding contributions to BloggerNews net including nothing but a fantastic number of great book reviews! Kevin is a contributor to Blogger News from the great state of Texas and writes on a variety of  subjects - as long as they have to do with books and nothing else... Which apparently sometimes even talk to him (Yes - the books). Turns out he is a very good book reviewer however so this doesn't seem to have worked out too badly for him.

"Online Petitions and Boycotts" posted by ~Ray

Every so often I get little invites on Facebook or in my telecommunicate inbox to connect this or that petition.  “ostracise buying gas on this day!” or “Stop this Presidential Nominee” or “Join the fight against Rabies!” To me this kind of stuff is just plain nonsense.  What possible use could some random online petition undergo?  There’s so many ways to manipulate online information that it would be extremely and unreasonably difficult if not impossible to affirm every label on an online petition.  And in all honesty what would then be done? It’s my personal belief that these types of groups are nothing but a waste of time and are only sent on by those who want to do but aren’t strong enough to stand up and do it in real life so they waste time and brainpower on these useless pursuits. If you really want to go save the whales join a registered and legitimate organization to do so.  There are plenty to choose from.  If you evaluate that a candidate shouldn’t get the office then vote against them and encourage others to do so.  If you think that gas prices are too high then get up and create verbally to the offices not to your buddies in an online chat room. The things that I say online are a direct reflection of my personal feelings on an air and I’ve stated them as such.  You’re remove to direct me to them because that’s what they’re there for.  Here. I try not to have a personal crusade against anything except for boredom and possibly silliness but otherwise I try to just affix up my opinions. But I’ll never join any online political or agenda-based groups simply because I experience they don’t bring home the bacon. But then again maybe I’ll sign a “Down with Online Petitions” petition.  At least that’s something that I believe in. Every so often I get little invites on Facebook or in my email inbox to connect this or that petition.  “Boycott buying gas on this day!” or “Stop this Presidential Nominee” or “Join the contend against Rabies!” To me this kind of cram is just plain nonsense.  What possible use could some random online petition undergo?  There’s so many ways to manipulate online information that it would be extremely and unreasonably difficult if not impossible to verify every name on an online bespeak.  And in all honesty what would then be done?
