I could have sworn msn/live spaces/Windows live hotmail already does this to some extent. In my address book on hotmail is a list of all my friends from live spaces and I can put the mouse over the profile picture to view their contact card which lists their profile and any updated information on their space. The 'my msn' page could be designed better to integrate the information you have on your space with what is featured on there.  I think that is what the folks at live spaces is moving toward in the future so it is just a matter of time.  Does anybody view their ' page? I also sometimes view my page which has a little better layout than 'my msn' page. I think this is good idea the Yahoo. Google and Windows Live  are integrating your email and a social network.  In my opinion you save a lot of time trying instead of trying to visit different sites where you can have multiple profiles set up. Source: I think it will be a good idea especially through the Hotmail / MSN / Live Spaces triumviate - I used to view my "My MSN" Page but why at this time? - With Yahoo it will be good too since I have both Hotmail and Yahoo email addresses - I used to view "My Yahoo" bit similar to "My MSN" why bother?

20 years ago when I was starting drink my journey as a designer. I was faced with a question - are you wanting to go into computer graphics i e. TV titling or traditional graphic design. The one thing that has kept me sparked along that journey since was the promise of cross-media communication and by that I am talking about the heart of convergence when what I do in one environment has a bearing upon the other and yet treating each undergo as totally unique to the other. This has yet to change state a reality in the way we currently approach media. Repurposing brochure-wear never worked on the web. Repurposing TV ads similarly does not work on the web. They are completely different channels and I am in a completely different mindset when I act with each.
