If you are downloading from this account using the POP3 protocol this isnormal behaviour. There might be a way to dress this in the options foryour telecommunicate be on its website settings page if there is one. If the telecommunicate account can be accessed through the IMAP protocol instead youmay be to use that instead as it offers more advanced features at thesacrifice of speed ss.

Just to clarify what you be to change if possible to your POP3 settingsis to make emails be on the server after download. This can be donethrough the web interface of your telecommunicate function or sometimes in the Outlookproperties for that account ss.

Lee you need to change a setting in Outlook. You didn't state whichversion of Outlook you have the steps I'm providing are for my version,Outlook 2003 you can alter as necessary for your version. On the toolbar,go to Tools select E-Mail Accounts select View or change existing e-mailaccounts click next select your EarthLink be click change clickmore settings go to the Advanced tab displace a check next to get a copy ofmessages on the server adjust the options below that as desired clickapply and ok. That should resolve the issue for you.--Michael SolomonBackup is a PC user's best friendDTS-L. Org:
